What size range do you offer?

All of our styles are stocked in a full and inclusive size range available in sizes XS-3X.

What size should I buy?

Check out the SHEER Size Guide to find all measurements and determine what size is best for you. All measurements are designed to be used as a guideline. Need help? Our team is here to answer your questions! Email us here.

Does the dress run true to size?

Yes. The dress is designed to be true to size. However, to determine your best size, we recommend taking your bust, hip, and waist measurements and referring to our size guide. In addition our team is available to assist via our live chat or email at info@sheerthebrand.com.

What if I'm in between dress sizes?

If you’re in between sizes, we recommend sizing up.

Where is my order?

Once an order is placed, please allow two to four business days for the order to be packed and shipped from our warehouse. Upon shipment, you will receive an email with your tracking information so you may track the package online. Please allow up to 7-10 business days for the package to arrive to you from the day your order is shipped.

My package is missing. Can you help?

Please contact us if you have not received your delivered order or if it has been lost in transit by the carrier and we would be happy to assist you.

Preorders

Items available for pre-order will be indicated on the product page with the estimated ship date time-frame. Pre-order items are fulfilled on a first come, first serve basis and usually ship within 2-4 weeks from the date your order is received. Please note, once your pre-order item(s) is placed, the full payment will be captured up front and your order will be shipped once the pre-order item(s) are received. You will receive an email notification to notify you when your pre-order item(s) in your order have shipped.

Where is my return?

Returns for items that are unworn, unwashed, with no stains, and in their original condition, and with all tags attached, are accepted within 14 days of Delivery on all Domestic orders. Currently, International orders are final sale and cannot only be exchanged within 30 days of Delivery. Once your return package is on the way back to our warehouse the return process has started. When the return is received and inspected, we will notify you if your return is accepted or declined. This process can take up to 7 business days from the date your return tracking information shows delivered. Please allow up to 30 business days for the refund to be processed back to your original form of payment.

Can I exchange my item?

We accept exchanges for items that are unworn, unwashed, with no stains, and in their original condition, and with all tags attached, within 14 days of Delivery on all Domestic orders, and 30 days of Delivery on all International orders. Once your exchange is received at our warehouse and processed, you will receive an email with your tracking information so you may track the new package with your exchange item online.

What payment options do you accept?

All of our items are priced in $USD. We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover cards. Your card will be charged once your order has been shipped. You can also choose to pay with PayPal or Klarna.

What is Klarna?

Klarna is a service that allows us to offer our Domestic customers the ability to make purchases now and pay for them in four equal interest free payments made every 2 weeks. To learn more about Klarna click here.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we currently offer standard and express International shipping via FedEx to most countries. For more information about international shipping, click here.
